S2 E10 "Surviving Suicide"
Description
S2 E10 "Surviving Suicide" is about the personal stories of those that attempted suicide, and were effected by the suicide of a loved one. This episode is not graphic, but can get very emotional. As you listen to these stories of survival, ask yourself, "When was the last time I needed help?"
Have you checked in on a family or friend that you haven't heard from in a while? Why? Are you so busy that you can make a call? Who has called or touched base with YOU lately?
Help these ladies create awareness, understanding, forgiveness, healing and strength as they navigate through the depths of depression, anxiety, fear, loneliness, shame, isolation, guilt, anger, and misunderstandings like so many others. Mental health is a growing problem, and THIS is where we take a stand. NOW - TODAY - IN THIS MOMENT!!!!
